3. The Customer and the Authorised User warrant that they either own the intellectual property rights in the content or have been granted an express license to act and enforce the intellectual property rights on behalf of the rights owner

In case - as a result of modification - Customer's position would be negatively affected, Customer has the right to cancel the Agreements to which these modifications apply, effective on the date at which the new conditions become effective

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Confidentiality

1. Each party may be given access to Confidential Information from the other party to perform its obligations under the Contract. A party’s Confidential Information shall not be deemed to include information that:
   • is or becomes publicly known other than through any act or omission of the receiving party
   • was in the other party’s lawful possession before the disclosure
   • Is lawfully disclosed to the receiving party by a third party without restriction on disclosure
   • is independently developed by the receiving party, which independent development can be shown by written evidence
2. Any Agreements are governed by Cyprusn law exclusively, also in case an obligation or part thereof is performed abroad, or in case the party that is involved in the legal transaction has its place of business abroad.
3. Any disputes concerning Agreements between Customer and ProtectModel24x7 shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court of law in the district in which ProtectModel24x7 has its registered place of business.

Payments

1. Pricing page is on the ProtectModel24x7's main page.
   • The Customer shall pay the Fees to ProtectModel24x7 for the Services in accordance with the Order
   • Payment of the Fees shall be in the currency specified in the Order
   • Refund Policy: ProtectModel24x7 has no-refund policy.
   • Cancellation Policy: The Customer can cancel it's subscription by sending an email to Support@protectmodel24x7.com with their registered email and Subject line "Cancel Subsciption"
   • Payment Methods: ProtectModel24x7 uses various payment gatways that includes PayPal, different types of credit cards, cryptos for the payment services
